Red Recruitment Group are proudly recruiting for an experienced Credit controller for our client based at their head office in Park Royal, North West London.
Full Training on the use of internal software systems will be provided
Key Responsibilities will include:
Controlling Credit and Chasing Debt within specified credit terms
Cash, Credit/Debit Card, BACS & Banking Allocation
Taking Credit and Debit Card Payments
Dealing with Customer queries
Maintaining contact with customers by telephone and email to ensure invoices are clear for payment, maintaining an accurate record of all actions
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Statement Run based on account requirements
Maintaining up to date notes/journals on Sales Ledger
Liaising with other departments to resolve customer disputes
General administrative work
Requirements Include
Credit Control experience or experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good telephone manner
Self-motivated individual
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Competent Knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel is essential
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
8am 5pm
Salary £32,000 - reviewed after 6 months permanent service with a view to increase to £34,000 per year.
Temporary to permanent position for immediate interview / start available
Weekly paid for temp to perm period, monthly paid there after.
Experience:
Senior credit control: 2 years+ (preferred)
