What you will do
* Conduct assessments and create care plans to support individuals and families within the locality.
* Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support is provided.
* Organise meetings and reviews, ensuring all actions are implemented effectively.
* Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff and other team members.
* Manage and maintain accurate records as well as report writing.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a degree or equivalent in social work. It is essential to have a valid Social Work England registration and significant frontline experience working within Social Services in the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
