What You'll Be Doing
1. Shaping and guiding IT programmes from inception to delivery, adapting to a fast-moving pipeline.
2. Leading with precision—using tools like Microsoft Project and RAID logs to keep everything on track.
3. Collaborating with business units, functions, and clients to bring project briefs to life.
4. Championing exceptional project and change management using proven methodologies.
5. Reporting on finances and KPIs to keep progress transparent.
6. Ensuring governance is rock-solid across all IT initiatives.
7. A proven history of managing multiple projects or programmes in medium+ sized organisations.
8. Mastery of recognised methodologies and best practices.
9. Excellent communication skills—whether chatting with colleagues or presenting to the Board.
10. A hunger for your next challenge, with opportunities to grow and engage with C-Suite leaders.
