* The ability to stay organised and calm in a fast‑paced environment.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends and travel when required.
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
You are:
* Someone who enjoys variety and being involved in different aspects of events.
* Comfortable taking the lead on the day of an event, briefing teams and coordinating suppliers.
* Highly organised and able to prepare and manage equipment for multiple events.
* A clear communicator who works well with both clients and internal teams.
* A practical problem‑solver who can think on their feet when plans change.
* A team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and support where needed.
* Someone who takes pride in delivering well‑run events and keeping equipment in great condition.
