What You’ll Be Doing Inspecting panels and preparing vehicles prior to paint application Tack-off and spray-painting vehicles using Etch Primer, Primer, Base Coat, and Clear Coat Carrying out preparation work including filler work and surface preparation Supporting full paint restoration work where required Taking ownership of the process from preparation through to final finish, ensuring the highest standards are maintained What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a prestige automotive environment Strong preparation skills, including filler work and surface finishing Experience or knowledge of full paint restoration (highly desirable) The ability to own the job from start to finish with a keen eye for detail A commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement If you’re passionate about automotive excellence and want to be part of a team that produces some of the most desirable cars in the world, we’d love to hear from you.
