Key Responsibilities of Primary Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Tailor educational activities and resources to meet the specific needs of the students.
* Help the students understand and complete their work, providing additional explanations and assistance as needed.
* Provide feedback to teachers and adjust support strategies as necessary.
* Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where the students feel valued and included.
Requirements of Primary Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Demonstrate an understanding of the unique challenges and needs of the students.
* Effectively communicate with the students, parents, and colleagues, building positive and supportive relationships.
* Ability to establish trust and rapport with all members of the school community.
* Relevant qualifications or training in primary education (desirable but not essential).
