Site Agent – Piling & Civils
📍 Seven Sisters area | Borders of Sussex & Kent
We’re working with a Tier 1 contractor delivering a major civils scheme near Seven Sisters, on the Sussex / Kent border, and they’re looking to bring in an experienced Site Agent with a strong piling and heavy civils background.
The Role:
Day‑to‑day management of site operations on a piling‑led civils package
Oversight of piling works (CFA, rotary, secant/contiguous) and associated civils
Managing sub‑contractors, RAMS, permits and site safety
Working closely with Engineers, Sub Agents and Project Management
Driving programme, quality and health & safety standards
About You:
Proven experience as a Site / Project Agent on heavy civils projects
Strong piling experience essential
Background with Tier 1 contractors
Solid understanding of temporary works, concrete, earthworks & drainage
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
