Are you a marketing mastermind with a flair for creativity and a passion for property? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the identities of five standout developments across London, while working from our buzzing Waltham Abbey office, alongside our driven Sales and Marketing Teams.
We’re on the hunt for a visionary Marketing Professional ready to take full ownership of bespoke branding and innovative campaigns that bring places—and lifestyles—to life.
What You’ll Be Doing – Your Role at a Glance
As the creative powerhouse behind our marketing strategy, you’ll lead on everything from concept to launch:
Create and deliver the full sales and marketing vision for each new site post-acquisition—think brand creation, marketing strategy, and site presentation.
Develop bespoke brand identities for new developments, with full creative freedom across all marketing materials—brochures, websites, hoardings, signage, social media and beyond.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to launch show homes and sales offices, overseeing everything from interior design to landscaping, signage, and launch events.
Drive engaging, high-impact pre-launch campaigns to build anticipation and footfall.
Keep marketing momentum going post-launch with smart, strategic campaigns designed to hit sales targets and generate leads.
Be the brand guardian—ensuring Hill’s reputation shines across every touchpoint, from slick digital campaigns to stylish, standout site presentation.
Manage budgets with precision and creativity, ensuring every pound makes a difference.
Oversee the production and maintenance of marketing materials across all platforms and keep our website and microsites fresh and up to date.
Lead the social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter with original and engaging content.
Build strong relationships with key internal teams, agencies, and external suppliers to bring your creative vision to life.
Who You Are – The Ideal Candidate
A creative thinker with a passion for branding, marketing and design—someone who can see beyond the brief and build something bold.
Marketing experience in the housebuilding or property development sector (essential).
Degree or professional qualification in Marketing (CIM or equivalent).
A confident project manager who can handle multiple fast-paced developments at once.
You love a deadline and can work calmly under pressure without compromising creativity.
A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Budget-savvy, commercially aware, and laser-focused on lead generation and ROI.
Comfortable collaborating across teams—from architects and designers to the sales floor.
