Description
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for;
* Oversee and manage all day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflows.
* Implement and maintain efficient logistics processes to optimise performance.
* Manage stock levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
* Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track operational success.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics coordination.
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
Profile
The successful Warehouse Manager should have:
* Strong knowledge of logistics operations within the transport and distribution industry.
* Proven experience in warehouse management and team leadership.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
* Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.

Job Offer
* Competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £44,000 per annum.
* 20 days of holiday leave plus bank holidays.
