We’re working with a long-standing commercial cleaning company that’s scaling fast and needs a confident, consultative sales professional to drive new client wins across London and the South East.
As their Client Growth Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for spotting opportunity, building relationships, and converting contracts — all while enjoying autonomy, support, and a real chance to shape your earnings and career.
This is a new business development role, not account management.
What you’ll be doing
* Researching and targeting ideal prospects
* Booking and attending site visits to scope client needs
* Building tailored solutions and proposals
* Negotiating and closing deals
* Working closely with ops for smooth handovers
You’ll need
* 1+ year in B2B field sales (cleaning/FM experience is a big bonus)
* Track record of selling £1.5M+ in contracts per year
* A confident communicator who loves the thrill of the chase
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience in education or healthcare sectors? Even better
