Day Programme Community Rehabilitation Facilitator
Location: Margate
Salary: A GBP 26,000 per annum

Responsibilities
* Deliver a structured Day Programme using a 12‑Step recovery model
* Manage a caseload of service users and support their individual recovery goals
* Facilitate daily group sessions, workshops, and 1:1 interventions
* Conduct assessments and support admissions onto the programme
* Work closely with Recovery Workers and partner agencies to provide holistic, integrated support
* Promote the programme and help develop clear recovery pathways across East Kent
* Deliver support both in person and online to maximise accessibility
Qualifications
* Experience supporting individuals with substance misuse, recovery, wellbeing, or related support needs
* Confidence facilitating groups and delivering person‑centred interventions
* Strong communication, organisation, and case management skills
* The ability to build positive relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies
* A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve transformational change
