We are looking for a primary school teacher who is willing to support KS1 pupils. The school is located in the YO62 area. The school offers full time and part time roles with working hours between 8:30 AM - 3:30PM.

1. Experience in teaching Key Stage 2
2. Qualified Teacher Status
3. Excellent classroom management
4. Strong English and Maths
5. Promote effective teaching and learning
6. Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
7. Possession of an enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to obtain one.
Roles & Responsibilities:
8. Planning appropriate lessons to meet national curriculum guidelines, keeping up to date with changes.
9. Creating engaging lessons to involve pupils of all abilities, coordinating with colleagues and TAs where needed.
10. Setting up the classroom, organising displays and equipment. Using a mix of resources to enhance pupil's exploration of the topic.
11. Using different teaching methods, including whole class, group work, independent research, demonstrations, experiments and play, to motivate and encourage interaction in the class.
12. Encouraging children to work together to achieve goals.
13. Providing help and support to individual pupils as required, taking responsibility for their academic progress.
