A leading building services maintenance provider are currently seeking 2 additional experienced Mechanical & Electrical HVAC maintenance technicians to work on a permanent Night Shift basis on a newly acquired contract based in the heart of the City of London. Located at an impressive London HQ building for a very successful American Hedge Fund company that offers an excellent environment to work within, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
The role will encompass working on a permanent night’s basis as part of a team of 2 engineers to compliment the day site-based team, covering the planned end preventative maintenance to both M&E services within a critical banking environment. The purpose of the role is to cover scheduled maintenance works to equipment that cannot be accessed during normal working hours, such as overhead fan coil unit periodical maintenance, lighting maintenance etc.
Engineers will need to be well presented and must come from a Facilities Maintenance background and should ideally have completed an apprenticeship or have equivalent time served experience within their technical discipline. You must also have a proven track record in working within the maintenance field where you have had at least 3 years hands on experience of covering the planned and reactive maintenance to: HVAC plant, including: Pumps, motors, AHU’s, fan coil units, lighting, power and BMS operation etc.
The shift pattern is nights only but will NOT include working weekends so may suit engineers looking to spend more time with the family.
