Head of QHSE | National FM Contract (Service Provider Side)
Boden Group are supporting a leading FM provider in the search for a Head of QHSE to lead safety, quality and environmental performance across a major UK banking contract.
You will oversee QHSE delivery across:
* 12 flagship head office buildings
* Hard and soft FM services across a complex estate
Key focus areas:
* Strategic QHSE leadership across the contract
* Incident investigation and RIDDOR oversight
* Audit governance and compliance delivery
* Stakeholder engagement across client, supply chain and operations
Requirements
* Strong FM or built environment QHSE leadership experience
* 📍 UK travel required with 1 day per week in Milton Keynes HQ
