Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality catering service to patients and staff within the Trust.
* Prepare, cook and serve food from the kitchen to ward level.
* Share best practice and support continuous improvement of catering services.
* Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Adapt to varying shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications
* Good communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and independently.
* Current Level 2 food hygiene certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
* Essential catering experience.
* Welsh language skills desirable; both Welsh and English speakers are invited to apply.
Working Hours and Location
Hours are predominantly 07:30 am to 07:00 pm over three days, with some weekend work and a mix of early and late shifts as required. Pay is increased for all hours worked on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
