Car Sales Executive
Location: Toyota, Reading
Salary: £20,000 basic + commission (OTE £55,000+)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–18:00 (set day off)
Saturday: 09:00–17:00 | 1 in 4 Sundays: 10:00–16:00
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

No previous car sales experience is required — if you’re confident, driven and great with people, we’ll provide full training and support.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and help them choose the right vehicle
Present finance options and add-on products
Manage customer enquiries from start to finish
Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets
Keep customer records accurate and compliant
What We’re Looking For
No car sales experience needed — all backgrounds considered
Confident, positive and customer-focused personality
Excellent communication and people skills
Driven to achieve strong earnings
Able to work well in a fast-paced showroom
Full UK driving licence
