We offer an Advanced Nurse Practitioner service and are committed to growing our workforce, supporting staff to progress into autonomous roles such as ANPs and ENPs. Our ENP service sees around 25% of attendances. Our team includes skilled adult and paediatric nurses who are enthusiastic about sharing their experience and knowledge. Our Head of Nursing, Matrons, Sisters, and Charge Nurses work clinically to ensure high standards of care and continuous staff support. We have also developed welfare teams, so there's always someone available to listen and support you.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct emergency nursing care.
* Assess patient needs and escalates appropriately.
* Plan care to support early treatment and decision making.
* Participate within the multi‑disciplinary team in delivering appropriate, safe patient care in a timely fashion.
* Utilise appropriate extended scope roles/skills with appropriate training.
