My client is looking for a proactive and organised Care Supervisor to join their team in Dereham. This is a predominantly administrative role, supporting the Care Manager in maintainingpliance, quality assurance, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Care Manager withpliance and regulatory duties
2. Write and maintain person-centred care plan assessments
3. Supervise and support care workers
4. Assist with audits and documentation to meet CQC standards
5. Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to ensure continuity of care
6. Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement
What We’re Looking For
7. Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
8. Experiencepleting care assessments
9. Knowledge of manual handling procedures
10. Strong administrative and organisational skills
11. Excellentmunication and interpersonal abilities
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
13. Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
