This role is to cover maternity leave, starting in December (may be earlier) and will last at least 6 months may be more.The roleIn this role, you will provide administrative support to branch personnelYou will be responsible for material requisitions, liaising with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely progression of branch activitiesMaintain all site documents and notices, across all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and QualityResponsible for hours management system of the site engineering teamSupport all departments with clerical dutiesProcessing customer paperwork/invoices in SAP. Reception deskRegistering visitors, Conduct security checks, Checking contractor inductions & access control cards. Updating company records & databases & other basic admin supportRequirements Must be familiar with SAP Must have previous admin experience that includes data management.Competence in using computer packages required especially working with Microsoft excel.Methodical worker with good attention to detailTechnically and professionally competent, has analytical and conceptual strengths, shares knowledge and experience, works effectively across functions.
