All of this is led by our expert team of doctors and clinicians in our state-of-the-art facilities. As we scale, were looking for a hands-on Finance Assistant to help keep our day-to-day numbers in check from paying bills to making sure our team gets paid on time. About the Role This is a great opportunity for someone with one years experience in accounts and payroll and who is confident using Xero, Dext and BrightPay. Youll be working across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, with support from the Finance Manager. What Youll Be Doing Heres what a typical week might include: Raising and sending invoices to customers and following up on payments. Processing supplier invoices and adhering to payment deadline dates. Running monthly payroll using BrightPay. Uploading receipts on Dext and reconciling accounts in Xero. Helping out with general finance admin. Assisting with reports and month-end tasks when needed. What Were Looking For One years experience in a finance/payroll role. Confident in using Xero, Dext and BrightPay. Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. Good with numbers and attention to detail. Organised and reliable. Friendly, proactive, and keen to learn. Bonus Points (Nice to Have) AAT qualification or working towards one. Comfortable using Excel.
