Band 5 NHS Mental health Nurse – Various Shifts
Sanctuary Personnel are seeking experienced Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team across Bristol and Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading NHS trust, providing high‑quality care and support to patients in a dynamic mental‑health setting.
Pay Rates
* Days: £21 per hour
* Nights & Saturdays: £28 per hour
* Sundays & Bank holidays: £32 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, effective, and person‑centred care to mental‑health service users.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and wellbeing.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to care planning.
* Promote therapeutic relationships with patients and support families where appropriate.
Requirements
* Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
* Experience working in a mental‑health setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts across Bristol and Wiltshire locations.
