Warehouse Operative – Lutterworth - Part-time
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Magna Park, Lutterworth .
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.
This position is ideal for students and would suit applicants who have worked in roles such as a General Operative, Order Picker, or Loader .
Shifts:
Working two or three shifts per week – flexibility required
4:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Moving products
Loading and unloading goods
Using an RF gun to scan products when unloading lorries and trailers
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
Two-person lifting
Working closely with colleagues
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
To be reasonably physically fit, as this is a very physical role involving two-person lifting of heavy items
Experience working in a warehouse environment
To be reliable, hardworking, and have a strong team-working ethic
The ability to follow instructions and work safely
Training:
Full training provided
Ongoing development and support
