We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team at Heathcote Holdings, a growing family-run group of companies. You’ll work across multiple brands, crafting compelling marketing outputs that drive engagement and enhance brand awareness.
This is a fantastic role for someone who loves social media, digital marketing, and content creation, with the opportunity to bring fresh ideas and take ownership of exciting campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Social Media & Content – Develop and execute innovative social media strategies, manage content plans, and create engaging posts.
* Email Marketing – Design and implement targeted campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
* Digital Marketing – Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and PPC strategies.
* Creative Copywriting – Write compelling content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media.
* Competitor & Market Analysis – Stay ahead of trends, analyse competitors, and recommend new marketing opportunities.
* Event Management – Plan and coordinate exhibitions and events to showcase our brands.
* Marketing Strategy – Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute impactful brand strategies.
About you:
* 3+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to bring new ideas
* Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
* Understanding of SEO & PPC
