Essential Functions* Maintain a safe working environment by following Airgas/Red-D-Arc’s health and safety guidelines.* Assist with the monthly and quarterly close process.* Prepare complex accruals and adjusting journal entries.* Reconcile RDA intercompany Sales and Cost of sales.* Analysis and reporting on all fixed assets and inventory.* Provide detailed variance analysis of sales and COS.* Calculate quarterly commissions for Lease Logistics revenue.* Prepare various mandatory reports.* Support Corporate tax preparation for both Canada and the US.* Collaborates on department initiatives and special projects including Business Process Improvements (BPI).* Ensure all IFRS compliance standards are met.* Perform other related duties as required.## \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_## ****Required Qualifications:***** Post Secondary Business Degree.* CPA Designation Or in Progress* 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.* Experience in a multinational, multi-currency environment is preferable.* Solid knowledge of IFRS.* Proficiency in excel -Pivots- Complex Data****Preferred Qualifications:***** Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills* Adaptable to set and prioritize work with varying exceptions.* Communicates with clarity, verbally and in writing, in one on one or group situations* Prior experience with Microsoft D365 and/or BPC is an asset.* Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision.* Rental Industry Experience is an Asset\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_**Benefits**We care about and support our Airgas Families.
