PROJECT COORDINATOR
Location: London | Salary: £40,000 | Hybrid: 3 days WFH, 2 days office-based
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join a leading professional services firm. This is a fast-paced, varied role at the heart of the business, providing essential support across business development, client management, and project delivery.
You’ll be working closely with a fantastic team and senior stakeholders, supporting executives. This isn’t your standard admin role - you’ll be actively involved in managing live projects, supporting client pitches, and coordinating high-profile workstreams that directly impact business success.

The Role:
Project Coordination & Delivery
* Lead the administration and coordination of projects from start to finish
* Manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities
* Ensure all compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements are met
* Monitor progress and proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks
Client & Business Development Support
* Assist with new business activity, including proposals and client pitches
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Act as a key point of contact with professionalism, tact, and discretion
* Coordinate client meetings and events with precision and efficiency
Team & Stakeholder Support
* Provide diary management and logistical support to senior executives
* Coordinate complex schedules and travel arrangements
* Prepare high-quality meeting materials and client documentation
* Manage inboxes, correspondence, and day-to-day operational requests
Key Requirements:
Essential:

* Client-facing experience with the ability to build rapport quickly
