The RoleWe're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team. You'll play a key role in maintaining and installing a wide range of industrial plant and automated machinery both at our customers' sites and within our own facilities.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that offers variety, autonomy, and international travel. You'll diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, carry out planned maintenance, and lead installation and upgrade projects.Key Responsibilities:• Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance across customer equipment and internal systems.• Assist in machine installations, commissioning, and calibration.• Provide technical support and fault diagnosis across a wide range of industrial equipment.• Take ownership of compliance documentation and maintenance record keeping.• Support and improve existing maintenance procedures and schedules.• Manage small projects independently.• Contribute to continuous improvement across service and maintenance operations.Working Pattern:• Office hours 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (30 minutes unpaid lunch)• UK and international travel required.
