Are you a qualified SLT with a passion for supporting neurodivergent children and young people? At Lycali, we’re looking for an Associate SLT who can provide in-person therapy in Thanet and surrounding areas and help us deliver compassionate, person-centred support to the families we serve.

Role Overview:
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy to individuals with a range of speech, language, and communication needs. You will develop tailored intervention plans, deliver effective therapy sessions, monitor progress, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
* Develop and implement evidence-based therapy programmes
* Monitor and document client progress
* Liaise with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals
* Contribute to case reviews and ongoing care planning
Requirements:
* Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent)
* HCPC registration and RCSLT membership
* Experience working with communication disorders and dysphagia
* Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is desirable
