Business Development Manager : Steel and Timber Framing (UK)
Location: Flexible / UK:wide
Were looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for a design and structural engineering consultancy.
Youll win work with contractors and manufacturers across the UK, promoting their expertise in design of steel framing, light steel framing, timber framing, and hybrid structural solutions.
What youll do:
* Champion design and structural engineering services in the steel, light steel, and timber framing sectors.
* Identify, pursue, and secure opportunities from contractors, manufacturers, and supply chain partners.
* Lead bids, proposals, and presentations that showcase our creativity and technical strength.
* Work hand:in:hand with our engineering team to develop winning solutions from concept through delivery.
* Keep us ahead by tracking market trends, offsite innovations, and competitor activity.
What youll bring:
* Proven success in business development, sales, or account management in construction, engineering, or offsite manufacturing.
* Strong network across the steel framing, light steel framing, and timber framing markets.
* Confident communicator with a talent for building trust and closing deals.
