The role...
As Group Account Director, you'll be joining a well established leadership team. Having organically grown over the years, they're now pushing the growth strategy and are looking for someone to take the reigns on some of the agencies key clients. Day to day you’ll be building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and work with your team to deliver retail / shopper campaigns. You’ll have a commercial head on your shoulders and be able to spot opportunities to grow these clients. You'll be joining an established team who have a great reputation, it’s down to you to lead and inspire them to new heights.
What we're looking for...
To be considered for this Group Account Director role, we're looking for someone with a real fire in their belly! Someone who is ready for the challenge to step up, lead a team and be responsible for driving growth on your accounts. You'll have experience of communicating with key stakeholders, capable of working with global brands and really understand brand value and how to build commercial value. Drive and ambition goes without staying. You'll have a keen eye for numbers and love the buzz of seeing a business grow.
