You will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and delivery of customer training on our spectroscopy solutions (ICP-MS, ICP-OES, AAS).
Main responsibilities include:
* Responding to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade, and preventive maintenance activities
* Contacting customers in a timely manner and scheduling service efficiently
* Collaborating with managers and sales teams to understand and meet customer needs and expectations
* Maintaining Agilent’s customer service reputation by adhering to all corporate policies and procedures
* Completing administrative paperwork and reports promptly and accurately
* Providing feedback to Product Specialists, manufacturing, or OEM vendors regarding performance anomalies, using the complaint handling system as required
* Addressing customer requests proactively before, during, and after service
This role involves working remotely with travel to customer sites (4-5 days per week, occasional nights away) in the Cambridge / North London area, with a company car provided.
Qualifications:
* A recent university degree in a Chemistry-related field (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc…)
* At least some hands-on experience (internship, university project, or first position) with spectroscopy solutions (ICP-MS, ICP-OES, AAS)
* Full proficiency in English
* A valid driving license
