Your New RoleThis is a varied and fast‑paced position where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating and preparing schedules for Board,mittee, and Residents’ Meetings
2. Preparing and issuing agendas in partnership withmittee Chairs
3. Taking accurate minutes and distributing them promptly
4. Managing and instructing contractors as required
5. Raising and processing contracts against approved purchase orders
6. Coordinating advertisements and notices
7. Maintaining strong working relationships with the local Council
What You'll Need to SucceedThe ideal candidate will bring:
8. Demonstrated experience in a similar Office Manager or administrative leadership role
9. Excellentmunication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders
