Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across different age groups and subjects
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of students
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Assess and evaluate student progress regularly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
* Enhanced DBS check
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
* Previous experience teaching in a classroom setting
* Experience working with diverse student populations
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
* Ability to differentiate instruction based on individual student needs
* Effective classroom management skills
* Proficient in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Additional subject specialisms or teaching certifications
Working Conditions:
* Work in various schools across the East of England region
* Adhere to school policies and procedures
* Flexible working hours based on school requirements
* Potential for short notice assignments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
