The role Location: Farringdon, Croydon, Kent or Isle of Wight Contract: Permanent Join Southern Housing as a Leadership Support Officer and help us build communities where everyone feels at home. You'll provide high-level administrative support to Directors and the wider team, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service. What you'll do: Manage diaries, communications, and range of office systems for Directors Coordinate projects, performance reports, and team outputs Arrange meetings, prepare documents, and take accurate minutes and meeting actions Liaise with colleagues and external partners, including Local Authorities and MPs Support continuous improvement and promote our HEART values - Honesty, Efficiency, Accountability, Respectful & Trustworthy Provide guidance on policies and procedures, and cover for other team members when needed Line management of a Team Assistant What you'll need: Strong organisational skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach Ability to demonstrate confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism in all activities.
