Nocturnal Recruitment are looking for experienced Support Workers with previous experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Severe Challenging Behaviour both physical and verbal, as well as elderly and dementia service users, required for an ongoing placement across the borough of Hillingdon. Personal care is a must as some clients are less able than others and need assistance. You will be working supporting people with activities, personal care and making choices. We are looking for an effective communicator with a person-centred approach to care. As a support worker, you will help individuals in all aspects of their daily lives, supporting them to achieve their goals, dreams, and aspirations. You will work with people who may display challenging behaviours, so experience providing care and support to individuals with learning difficulties, mental health needs, or elderly care is essential. Full Time: 35 hours/week, Permanent Role Able to work a fully flexible shift pattern: 7am - 2pm, 2pm - 9pm, long days, nights, sleep-ins.
