We are now seeking a dynamic Practice Director – Primary Care to join our leadership team. Roles and Responsibilities As Practice Director, you will: Lead the operational and financial performance of your practice in partnership with the Lead Vet and central support teams. Must have experience in holding full P&L accountability to drive change and performance through a people and customer centric lens Drive excellence in patient and client care, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and wellbeing. Provide strategic leadership, guiding your Senior Leadership Team (Lead Vet, Clinical Nursing Manager/Practice Manager). Oversee all key business areas including leadership, HR, operations, health & safety, client care, and marketing. Collaborate with central partners (Finance, HR, Marketing, Clinical Leadership) to deliver practice strategy and performance. Inspire, coach, and develop teams to achieve their full potential. About You We’re looking for a leader who combines strong business acumen with a genuine passion for veterinary care. Essential skills & experience: Proven leadership and management experience. Strong financial awareness, including budget management. Track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing others. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A commitment to clinical quality and client experience. Desirable: RVN qualification or experience in Veterinary/Healthcare setting Leadership or business management qualification.
