We are currently working on large-scale projects including wood-frame multi-family to residential high-rise projects. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team.
About the Position:
We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist that must be registered with the AIBC, or be eligible to register with the AIBC.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years BC experience, including comprehensive knowledge of wood-frame construction
2. Strong design abilities
3. Thorough understanding of the BCBC and VBBL
4. Fluency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, as well as Sketchup
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
6. Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
7. Experience with the preparation of Development Permits, Building Permits and Construction drawings
8. Experience working directly with clients and consultant coordination
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
10. Experience with Construction Administration.
