Supply Desk are currently recruiting on the behalf of a Secondary School in Worthing who are looking to recruit a History Teacher. You will be teaching History across KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school.

The Position based in Worthing, is a full time, long term contract. The right candidate plays a key role in inspiring students through engaging lessons. They follow the UK national curriculum, adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will:
Strong knowledge of the History Curriculum
Relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS Desirable)
Experience delivering the UK national curriculum
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to engage students of varying abilities
Current valid DBS (On the update Service) or the willingness to obtain one
Creative teaching approach, encouraging hands-on learning
