Robert Half Financial Services are recruiting a Finance Manager to join a west end based real estate investment firm. The Fiance Manager will have a very broad role covering both the fund and corporate side of finance. They will report directly to the Finance Director with along with 2 more junior team members.
The Candidate
The successful Finance Manager for this small real estate investment firm, based in the west end, will be ACA qualified for a top 10 accountancy firm. The Finance Manager will be have no more than 2 years of post qualified experience. Real estate experience is desirable but not essential. Above all, the Finance Manager will enjoy being in a fast paced and very hands on role with a keen ability to learn.
The Firm
My client is a small but growing real estate investment manager. Founded over a decade ago, they are based in the west end and now have almost 30 employees in the London office.
Salary & Benefits
The Finance Manager for this west end based real estate investment firm will receive a salary of £65,000 to £70,000 (highly dependent on experience) plus competitive bonus and benefits package.
