We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Graduate- EMEIA to be enrolled onto our EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Graduate Programme, which will entail a 3 month international secondment to another Market Region within ASSA ABLOY. You will take part in a number of development programmes and will also be assigned a mentor within your local business.
You’ll play a hands‑on role in building brand awareness, driving engagement and supporting revenue growth across our digital channels. As part of the graduate programme, you’ll benefit from structured development, mentoring, and a 3‑month international secondment within another ASSA ABLOY market region.
This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, curious, and keen to develop their digital marketing skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

As a Digital Marketing Graduate, you will:
1. Support the day‑to‑day management of our brand websites, including content updates, new product pages, ongoing optimisation and user experience improvements
2. Contribute to SEO optimisation, including keyword implementation, on‑page activity, content best practice and performance tracking
3. Work closely with Product Management and Key Account teams to deliver best‑in‑class content on retailer websites
4. Support affiliate marketing activity in collaboration with our Paid Media Specialist
5. Assist with social media content alongside our Digital Communications team
6. Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity, suggesting improvements where relevant
7. Report on the performance of marketing campaigns using agreed KPIs.
