Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
This is a full-time hybrid role located in our Sales & Support Centre, with flexibility for some work from home.
About the Role:
* Manage client accounts and build long-term relationships with customers.
* Drive sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.
* Utilize your expertise in cybersecurity or related industry to provide value-added services to clients.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Possess excellent sales, account management, and customer relationship management skills.
* Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related field.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Strong knowledge of Cyber Risk Management services is a plus.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team environment.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
