IT Support Team Lead (Northern Ireland)
Duration: 12 months (FTC)
Location: NI Base, hybrid working model
We are seeking a Contract IT Support Team Lead for our client's 3rd line support team. This role involves managing a global team and overseeing all aspects of 3rd line support related to infrastructure and services.
In this role, you will manage a team providing 3rd line support for incident and problem resolution, maintaining and optimizing applications and infrastructure, and deploying new releases into production.
Does this sound like you?
* 2+ years experience leading a 3rd line support team in an enterprise environment.
* Technical knowledge of Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online.
* Experience managing pressurized Service Desk environments, including people management, SLAs, KPIs, and statistical analysis and reporting.
* Detailed knowledge of the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure within a Microsoft environment.
This is a hands-on role with team leadership responsibilities.
