Join our team in the beautiful Scottish Borders area, easily accessible by road and the Borders Railway, with pool cars available. This role is based within the Galashiels team and offers flexible working arrangements, including home and office working.
We are a friendly, enthusiastic team supported by approachable management and regular supervision. We are committed to engaging with the community and adopting preventative approaches, such as Community Led Support and integration with health services.
We seek candidates with transferable skills who can collaborate effectively with statutory and voluntary sector teams to deliver high-quality services. You should demonstrate professionalism, emotional maturity, a strong commitment to helping others, and treat all individuals with dignity and respect.
Opportunities for development, including participation in initiatives like the "Grow Your Own" social work training programme, are available and supported through supervision.
