Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, self motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, with a background in financial services and specifically with Financial Advice. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, supporting various departments, and enhancing overall efficiency within the organisation.
Duties
* Prepare and maintain reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
* Conduct analysis to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
* Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage correspondence and communications using Microsoft Outlook.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, for documentation and data management.
* Utilise industry specfic software for client data management
* Assist in the organisation of meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.
* Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organised for easy retrieval.
* Collaborate with IT to resolve any technical issues that may arise in daily operations.
* Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Experience
* Previous administrative experience is essential, preferably within the financial advice sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse data effectively and produce comprehensive reports.
