Now we are looking for a confident, customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join our friendly and high-performing team.
WHY IS THIS ROLE DIFFERENT?
This is not your average customer service job
One call you might be advising a franchisee on getting the best results from a product. The next, you could be onboarding a national account and helping them maximise their sales. You will see first-hand how your work supports business growth and you will be part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
Commutable from Birmingham, Walsall, Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Aldridge, Tamworth, Atherstone, Little Aston, Streetly, Great Barr, Fradley, Burntwood and Cannock
KEY RESPONSIBILIITES
Delivering a world-class customer experience every day
Acting as the first point of contact for franchisees, customers and consumers
Handling orders, technical product queries and resolving complaints confidently
Proactively supporting new national accounts through onboarding
Promoting products and marketing campaigns to franchisees
Supporting colleagues across the wider team
REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in a telephone-based customer service, account management or support role
Confidence handling technical or product-related queries
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving processes
Strong IT skills (including MS Office)
Willingness to occasionally travel to sales meetings and spend time on the road with franchisees
You will be joining a team of long-standing service, with career prospects, into commercial, franchise, the list is endless.
