are looking for a
Block Manager
for a boutique property management company based just outside of
Cardiff
in
Penarth
. The role will be to manage a local portfolio consisting of 15 leasehold blocks, each containing up to 35 units. The role is initially office based, Monday to Friday working 8:30-5 with a 4:30 finish on Friday's. The team comprises of a close-knit team of 12; they have a great office culture and regularly get to together for events and celebrations.
The Role Will Involve The Following
* Manage and maintain a portfolio across Cardiff & Penarth
* Co-ordinate major work projects and serve S20 notices when applicable
* Provide excellent customer service
* Chairing Annual General Meetings
* Set and manage service charge budgets
Our client is looking to expand further as they're quickly growing their total portfolio (currently 65 sites) due their high level of customer service and the strong relationships they have with directors. We would consider an Assistant Property Manager looking to take the step up and take on their own portfolio or a block manager looking for scope to progress.
Salary/benefits
* £35,000 salary
* 8:30-5 Monday-Friday
* TPI Sponsorship
* 45p per mile
* 21 days + bank holidays
* Opportunities to progress within the business
The Ideal Candidate Would Have
* 2 years' experience within Block Management
* A UK driver's license
* Excellent communication skills
* Organisational skill
