We’re hiring for an Administrator to join a busy office-based team based in Buxton, High Peak, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of contracts and services.
What’s on offer?
* £13 p/h
* Mon – Fri | 8:30am – 4:30pm
* Early finish on Fridays
* 6 month temporary contract
* Stable, office based role

What will you be doing as an Administrator?
* Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and queries from customers, suppliers and contractors
* Logging requests and arranging follow-up support where needed
* Placing orders and processing invoices
* Preparing basic reports and updating records accurately
* Attending and taking notes at team meetings
What will you need?
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good organisation and time management skills
