About the Role: Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their growing multi-utility delivery team. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to support the coordination of utility installations—spanning water, electric, gas, and fibre—on new build and commercial developments. This is a key role ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of live projects from planning to completion. Key Responsibilities: * Assist Project Managers in coordinating multi-utility projects across multiple sites. * Monitor and track site progress, update internal systems, and maintain project documentation. * Review, interpret, and update as-laid drawings to ensure project records accurately reflect installations. * Liaise with site supervisors, design teams, contractors, and clients to align delivery activities. * Support preparation of work packs, RAMS, permits, and project handover documents. * Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and filed in line with internal and client standards. * Participate in project meetings and provide updates on programme status, risks, and resourcing. * Coordinate material deliveries and support resolution of site-based issues. Requirements: Essential: * Experience in a project coordination, site support, or project administration role in utility projects (electrical, water, gas or fibre) or ICP environments. * Ability to read and interpret as-laid or as-built drawings. * Interest in developing CAD knowledge or learning design systems
