Overview
The person who joins us in this role will help us to improve efficiencies and profitability within the agency and wow our clients with consistently amazing output. We'd like this person to be the main point of contact for our most important clients with a great understanding of their deliverables, business and goals. Standard day‑to‑day account management will be of most importance, ensuring the Key Product Deliverables are consistently met, and working closely with the operations team to deliver those.
Key Responsibilities
* Confident management of the client deliverables and ensuring the team understands in detail the status of all opportunities and results across our current client base.
* Reporting on our digital results and SEO services.
* Supporting the profitability of the business in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team by unlocking new opportunities.
* Supporting role in operations and project management: working with a fast‑paced Project Delivery team responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing and scoping solutions, and delivering successful outcomes that align with quality and commercial objectives.
Qualifications & Key Skills
* SEO and digital experience – strong knowledge of SEO, website builds and management, and a broader understanding of digital marketing.
* Commercially driven, organized, and able to see the bigger picture.
* Manages clients against realistic approval time frames to ensure seamless traffic of work.
* Becomes an expert on client business and acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring what we deliver remains relevant to the client’s business.
* Consistently maintains clarity and understanding from the client on the deliverables.
* Drives agency growth by understanding where clients’ businesses are headed, pursuing opportunities and mitigating threats.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Incredibly organized and efficient with meticulous attention to detail.
* Understanding of the financials and business issues faced when running an agency.
* Ability to distil information succinctly.
Work Arrangement
Flexible Senior Client Services role – 20 hours per week, 9 am‑2 pm, Monday to Thursday/Friday. You join us in our London office on Mondays and work remotely the remaining days. Start dates are available in April, July, and September 2026. The role is hybrid, with occasional travel to the Leiston and London offices.

Compensation
For 20 hours per week the salary would be £25,000 (full‑time equivalent £50,000). Performance‑based bonuses up to £4,000 are also available.
