Potential Start Date: 16th March 2026 Salary: £27,250 per annum Site: Sky, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, KY11 8GH Shifts: 37.5 hours per week – Monday - Friday 1.00pm - 9.00pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays 1.00pm - 9.00pm Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Advisor in our Accessibility Team, you’ll be part of a team that provides tailored support to customers facing life-changing events or living with disabilities. You’ll be trained across all Service and Sales processes, enabling you to: Deliver empathetic support to customers dealing with bereavement, incapacity, or Power of Attorney arrangements Communicate effectively with third-party representatives while maintaining confidentiality and dignity Offer accessible solutions for customers with visual, auditory, physical, or cognitive impairments Adapt your communication style to support neurodiverse individuals with respect and understanding Troubleshooting across our TV, Broadband and Landline products using your tools to provide a first-time resolution. Sales through service and upselling our great products and service through valued conversations.
