This is very much a new business-focused role, ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and enjoys being out in the market building relationships and generating opportunities.
Not a typical hospitality hire, the team is open to candidates from luxury, property, private aviation, financial services, or other high-end, relationship-led sales environments.
About the role: Driving new business and revenue growth
Building your own pipeline through outreach, networking, and relationships
Working closely with high-value clients and senior stakeholders
Supporting the wider team and leading from the front
About you: Strong background in B2B sales / business development
Naturally proactive and target-driven
Proven track record of winning and closing new business
Comfortable in a fast-paced, commercial environment
